Worship & Community Involvement

church

The communities of this flourishing region enjoy a spiritually diverse environment that encourages community fellowship through faith. Residents are afforded the opportunity to practice virtually any religion, as northwest Arkansas is dotted with a variety of houses of worship. Through these religious outlets, residents have access to not only regular and special services, but also faith-based educational possibilities and community outreach programs, among other features.

Active residents also take part in a multitude of volunteer opportunities through a score of local civic associations, social organizations and special interest clubs. Notable agencies, such as Kiwanis, Lions Club, Rotary Club, the American Red Cross, Salvation Army and Girl Scouts and Boy Scouts of America—just to name a few—have established programs throughout the community of northwest Arkansas.
