AFRICAN STUDENT UNION promotes the culture of Africa among WSU students and serves as a base for anyone African or interested in Africa.

ASIAN STUDENT ASSOCIATION (ASA) promotes awareness of Asian cultures and fosters the development of social and educational support for Asian-American students. ASA encourages superior scholarship along with participation in community activities, which enhance the Asian tradition.

BLACK GRADUATE STUDENT ASSOCIATION is a structured organization through which graduate students can support the needs of new graduate students and enhance the best interests of all graduate students of color at WSU.

BLACK MEN ON THE MOVE provides a path of progression for educated African-American men. They strive to aid in the development of the black men of WSU by emphasizing the importance of academic excellence, leadership, brotherhood and community involvement.

BLACK WOMEN STRIVING FORWARD strengthens the relationship between African-American students on campus through the promotion of academic excellence, personal and professional development.

N.A.A.C.P. addresses the problems that may hinder African-Americans and others from receiving a quality education and constructs various programs to assist African-Americans and others to improve their grade point average.

The Bolinga Black Cultural Resources Center

The focus of the Bolinga Center is to serve the WSU community, building harmony, reconciliation and love by sharing information about the people and cultures of the African Diaspora. The original goals for the Bolinga Center are still maintained today.
