Residence Hall

Residential Involvement Opportunities
Residential organizations represent the population within the residential communities and enhance the campus housing experience by providing activities and programs for resident students.

Community Councils
Community Councils represent residents in their community, as well as help plan and coordinate activities. Officers are elected at the beginning of each academic year and must be a resident of that building’s community.

This is a great opportunity for students to enhance their leadership skills, and to integrate themselves into the community while building a foundation for future career success.

What Is RCA?
RCA serves the residential students living in the residence halls and apartments. Each year they develop and maintain community councils and social/educational programs and listen to residential concerns.

How Do I Get Involved?
RCA wants you to join your Community Council. Plan events for your residence hall and make changes that will positively affect the lives of everyone around you. All you have to do is contact your resident director or resident assistant and tell them you are interested in joining Community Council.
