Cross-Disciplinary Studies

Balancing educational goals with a busy life of full-time employment, family and other full-time responsibilities is made easy through ETSU’s School of Continuing Studies and its Division of Cross- Disciplinary Studies. Mature students interested in completing their college degree are provided with a convenient and easy admission, registration and advising process, and are also offered accommodating learning environments. Courses are taught in the evening, at various off-campus locations and via the Internet, where more than 400 classes are offered.

Through Cross-Disciplinary Studies, students can utilize previous college credit and apply them to a variety of flexible degree programs. Enrolled students take advantage of the following interdisciplinary degree programs:

• Bachelor of General Studies (B.G.S.)

• Bachelor of Applied Science (B.A.S.)

• Bachelor of Science in Interdisciplinary Studies (B.S.I.S.)

• Bachelor of Science in Professional Studies (B.S.P.S.)

• Master of Arts in Liberal Studies (M.A.L.S.)

• Master of Professional Studies (M.P.S.)
