

Career and Internship Services assists students and alumni with career planning and with initiating an effective job search. The office also provides internship and cooperative education services, and offers access to popular student and alumni services, including:
d BucLink, a Web-based listing of current jobs where students can easily upload résumés and make them available for review by employers.
• Internship and Cooperative Education, which provides academic credit for carefully planned work experiences in business, industry, government, health agencies and non-profit organizations.
• Editing help with résumés, cover letters and other written documents.
• Information on selected employers.
• Career fairs, events and workshops that connect students with employers.
• Job-search planning to develop strategies that fit individual needs.
• Job-search coaching on networking, practice interviews and communication skills.
• On-campus recruiting and scheduled interviews with participating employers.
The Career and Internship Services Web site (www.etsu.edu/careers) helps users learn about scheduled events, jobs by major, projected employment growth by career and job title, job-search planning and implementation, résumés, cover letters and correspondence, interview preparation, and other career-related topics. Alumni data indicates that ETSU graduates have established successful careers across the United States and in international locations.
