The Department of University Housing at Texas A&M University-Corpus Christi strives to provide quality on-campus student housing. The department endeavors to facilitate the educational mission of the University by creating living environments that foster the growth and development of all students participating in the housing program.
The University encourages all eligible students to reside on campus. On-campus students are more engaged in the campus community and have higher success rates than their peers who reside off campus.
Camden Miramar, in partnership with Texas A&M University-Corpus Christi, provides quality housing facilities and services to students of the institution. They strive to provide housing that is clean, comfortable and convenient at a fair market value and aspire to promote an environment that is attractive, well maintained and pleasant.

Camden Miramar Apartments and Residence Halls are the exclusive provider for on-campus housing at Texas A&M-Corpus Christi. Spectacular bay views, an open air swimming pool, a hiking and biking trail, and a recreational center are the amenities you can enjoy in your home away from home.
University Housing and Camden Miramar seek to create a community of respect and civility by and for all members that promotes the values intrinsic to an institution of higher education; that fosters the growth and development of our residents through the facilitation of extracurricular activities founded on the principles of wellness; and that promotes programs that are intended to inform, educate and engage students in their own development.
All Camden Miramar residences are furnished and include individual Internet connections, basic cable television and individual local telephone service with voice mail. Students are offered either an apartment-style living arrangement or a residence hall. Resident Advisors provide assistance and coordinate activities to enhance the living/learning experience on campus.

The Camden Miramar apartments come in studio, one-bedroom double, two bedroom and four bedroom floor plans.
Residence hall rooms come in one bedroom/one bath shared, one bedroom/suite bath and one bedroom/private bath. Every residence hall floor features a full kitchen, laundry and study area, and all rooms are furnished with a micro-fridge unit.
